Originally inspired from a painting entitled "The Treachery of Images" by René Magritte, which shows an image of a pipe and a caption reading "Ceci n'est pas une pipe". French for "This is not a pipe", the painting basically says the visual representation of a pipe isn't the same thing as the physical pipe itself.
Same kind of concept here applied to antiquated computer technology, plus a bit of humor by mixing French & English together in a single sentence. Ironically choosing a fancy script font for the English "floppy disk" part to contrast against the stereotype of French as a fancier language 😋
