Image generated by AI thanks to Google Gemini.

Originally inspired from personal AI artwork titled Avalberis, which is in turn based on a personal photo titled Llanberis Overlook with Avalon vibes.

Please note the map isn't necessarily modeled after the landscape. More like I generated the landscape first, and asked Gemini to brainstorm some names for this fictitious place. After some back and forth, I opted for Avalberis to combine Avalon and Llanberis, then the map was generated. All within the same conversation mind you, so it's quite possible Gemini threaded the images together. I just can't tell for sure with AI.

The map is also not exactly perfect in my opinion, I had to do some editing in post-process just to correct some obvious typos, redundancies, and misplaced labels. Still a challenge to generate quality maps with Gemini, but it's gradually getting better. Especially if you compare to this AI History Map Gone Horribly Wrong submitted a while back 🤭
