Video of a winter twilight walk (or promenade in fancy French) on the National Mall towards the World War II Memorial & Washington Monument. More specifically along the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, although I have to admit it wasn't very reflective that day because of the ice & snow. Not unheard of, but definitely uncommon in these parts; especially during this storm when snow accumulated first, then got iced over for a couple weeks and counting...
